Welcome!
Today I'll teach you about Yubel Destiny.
Guide by Kakashikyle (Kyle Avery)
About:
Yubel Destiny was originally designed to combat evilswarm. The idea was sparked when a youtuber
by the name Andrew Miranda (ColdZephyr0) entered a contest of mine and submitted his deck titled
Destiny Yubel. The deck worked amazingly but was lacking a little. I took this deck and started working on it myself for the past 7 months since the contest. The deck has gone through six different changes before becoming what it is today.

 (TCG) The System:
Yubel Destiny is a very explosive yet defenisve deck that can be played three different ways depending on what you're up against. This deck can either go into defense by playing just Yubel and making small pokes for game if you're facing decks like Bujin for example. You can also play very aggressive if need be with Destiny Heroes or play XYZ's using Debris + Defender combos along with the mass amount of revival in the deck.

Great Additional Tuners to Add to The Deck:
Reptilianne Viper + King Of The Feral Imps
Plaguespreader Zombie
Deep Sea Diva + Another Water Target
T.G. Striker
ShapeSister
Genex Birdman

Other information:
While a second tuner I feel isn't needed because of the mass amount of revival in the deck, it wouldn't hurt to had one more tuner just in case you had to make a emergency play to get something on the field and now you now lost your plagespreader Zombie. Reptilianne Viper works amazingly because it's searchable through King Of The Feral Imps so you'll always have it at will. A second Plaguespreader is also another nice option but depending on your hand size you won't always be able to use that second one and make a big push. Shapesister while being a trap form of a tuner is amazing since it's another back row that keeps your opponent in check before you go for your big push. Deep Sea diva makes your dark arm dragon plays more live mid to late game since you're now able to run miracle fusion and drop Zero.

Great Additional Discard Outlets:

Dread Servant helps you make black rose and also works with Destiny Draw and Grepher for setup

[The Destiny Hero master themselves are totally up to your preference]
you don't have to run these exact destiny heroes but I recommend you run a
3:5 Ratio for consistency. Optional like said in earlier post:
Running either a Cardcar D or Allure of Darkness helps consistency.
Most cases you'll be running a 3:3 or 3:2 ratio since Grepher dumps majority of your Destiny Heroes if need be so having the 1 extra hero helps keep D-Draw live mid game.

KagetoKage Reptilianne Engine

This is a new addition to the decks speed and consistency by removing adiditonal grave setup the deck works faster and smoother while maintaining some hand advantage. This engine will have you lower your destiny hero count and destiny draw count though as sacrifice for speed.

Reptile Engine:
Optional:
Kagetokage x2
Plaguespreader Zombie x2
If you're going this route, you'll have to commit more to depending on Dark Grepher or Armageddon Knight to set up your plaguespreaders for you. But having double plaguespreader does increase your changes of drawing into one of them though one will die in those cases. Having them both in grave will force you to commit in most cases going into a void Ogre Dragon with another monster like Stardust, Crimson Blader, Scrap Dragon since you lose your hand.

Reptile Engine #2:
Optional (Recommended)
Kagetokage x2
Reptilianne Viper x1
Plaguespreader Zombie x1
If you choose to use this setup you'll have more hand advantage and it will be easier to setup for your big plays since you're able to dump a plaguespreader zombie and than search out your reptilianne viper in the same turn. Risk with this setup is drawing into more than three destiny hero malicious but the reward is great. With one less plaguespreader you're not forced to commit to certain plays because you lose that one extra card.  Armageddon Knight into Kagetokage = Plaguespreader Zombie in grave plus Reptilianne Viper in hand turn one.

Consistent!?
Dark Grepher Ratio:
I feel after playing this deck for almost a year now that you must play Dark Grepher at three. Having him in hand is very important since you're playing three Yubel plus Destiny Hero Malicious. If you're playing the kagetokage build now which has been newly introduced. He'll improve synergy with your deck since he's a level 4. So I recommended:

If you 'prefer' not to use this lineup your deck won't be consistent. Adding 3 Graphers and 3 Arma will lead to dead draws. 2-2 is okay but sometimes you'll be itching to draw into a Grepher.

Debris Dragon:
This card is one of the more important cards of the deck since it's able to summon Destiny Hero Defender to go into a instant XZY play or summon Yubel for instant protection. Unfortunately late game, Debris + Yubel is no longer a option since you'll die in one more hit.

Destiny Hero Defender:
This card is one of the more important key pieces of the deck to go into your instant rank 4's and also set up a wall to protect you from a otk attempt. With it's 2700 defense, not many cards can get over it. Hieratics being one of the Yubel's worse match ups suddenly become easier with Destiny Hero Defender. They're different plays with defender other than Debris Dragon. Setting it and having it block a attack is good. You can summon your Dark Grepher or Armageddon Knight than overlay for a Rank 4. Avoid keeping Defender on the field to prevent your opponent from gaining a extra draw.

Destiny Draw x3
With Stratos gone your destiny hero count should increase by +1. Replacing Stratos with 1 random Destiny Hero of your choice to improve the consistency of Destiny Draw without Stratos. So now you're playing a 5:3 Ratio which is the most consistent line up since now you'll have majority of your D-Draws live early and mid game. Adding in Allure of Darkness with x3 Destiny Draws further improves consistency of the deck but if you're not up to playing Allure you could throw in 1 Cardcar D.

Black Wing Zephyros The Elite:
This card is very important. Potentially making so you're actually playing three Debris Dragons or three call of the Hunted. You use this card to bounce back your Debris Dragon, saving it for later use! Also bouncing back Call of the Hunted, D.D.R. or even a face up Yubel to go for more aggro plays.
(D.D.R. Is optional to play)

Plays:
Summon Debris Dragon, SS Defender, Bounce Defender to SS Zephyros. = Rank 4
Summon Debris Dragon, SS Defender, Bounce Yubel to SS Zephyros = Shock Master
SS Dark Grepher by pitching a high level DARK, Summon Debris Dragon, SS Defender, Bounce Defender to SS Zephyros = Shock Master
D.D.R. Plaguespreader Zombie, Bounce D.D.R. to SS Zephyros, returning plaguespreader Zombie to grave
Reuse D.D.R. to bring back Destiny Hero Malicious.

Ultimately:
This deck plays closer to a "No hand" - "Infernity" type of deck that has to gain some type of field advantage or you can save your combo pieces to suddenly OTK your opponent late game since they'll mostly have to deal with Yubel over and over and your Defender Debris plays. Play style of this deck isn't for everyone but it is one of the most strongest Yubel decks made at the moment next to Yubel Inzektors.

You'll have fun playing this deck overall but it can take time to get used to using the deck and reaching it's full power. You can make simply plays like malicious combo with plaguespreader zombie or learn to see the more advanced player using Zephyros, D.D.R., Call Of The Haunted, etc. Taking full advantage of the decks functions will lead you to opening up big fields with little to nothing your opponent can do.

Destiny Hero Dasher: (Optional To Play)
Destiny Hero Dasher adds a little more kick to the deck because it will allow you to special summon any monster you draw into that will allow itself to be special summon. Dasher works extremely well with Destiny Hero Malicious. Playing Dasher now is totally up to you. He's also a level 6 that will easily work with Plaguespreader Zombie if you really need it!

Destiny Hero: Malicious
Destiny Hero Malicious is now at three so you have a lot more XYZ's options at your finger tips without running that one extra level 6 synhcro monster in your extra deck . Abusing the extra Malicious to make a rank 6 is very nice for extending plays or protecting from monster effects (Photon Strike Bounzer). You can also make M7 to reuse some cards which is very nice or go straight in for the kill by putting high level beaters on the field such as Void Ogre Dragon and a Crimson Blader (examples).

Let's rate the deck:
(5 being the highest)

Summon|Speed 4 (Standard build) 5 (Kagetokage build)
Draw Power 5 (Standard build) 3 (Kagetokage build)
Defense (Depends on Grave setup) varies between 3-5
Summon|Damage|Offense 5
Recovery 4
Search|Mill|Thinning 4

Overall
Difficulty 5
Consistency 3.5 (Standard build) - 4 (Kagetokage build)
Stall 5

This deck is actually not as simple to play as you think. Yes you can simply play Destiny Heroes Mally and Plag but the move advaned plays are harder to see. Good luck!
